The
HCM City People’s Committee has instructed the Department of Zoning and
Architecture to work with the Northwestern Urban Area Management Board
and consultant to accelerate the progress and complete the general
planning for the urban area to break ground by early 2009.
The
figures released by big real estate trading floors in HCM City all show
that the projected land prices will continue sliding in December by
another 2-5%.
